Wine description: Pale yellow colour with green tinges. Ripe fruit aromas, mineral hints and grassy. Flavour is kind with well-integrated acidity, apple and banana notes, intense, medium body and long finish.
Food Recommendations: This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, soft cheeses and white meats. Not being a keeping wine we recommend consumption in a maximum of approximately 14 months.

Wine description: Bright straw yellow with green glints. Aromas of ripe golden apple, lime and white flowers. Powerful. On the palate hints of apple and some citrus notes coming throw. It´s full-bodied, with an exceptional backbone and a crisp, lingering finish. To drink now or over one or two years.
Food Recommendations: It should be served as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, soft cheeses and white meats.

Mencia Pazo de Galegos
Grape varieties: 100% Mencia
Wine region: Rias Baixas
Aging: Six months in new French oak.
Wine description: Cherry red with violet rim. Fruity nose of wild red berries, there are powerful oaky aromas with spicy hints. Powerful. Well balanced ,silky and a bit fleshy with light notes of toasted wood and vanilla. Round with good backbone and length. To drink now ore over two or three years.
Food Recommendations: All kinds of meats, cured meats and semi-mature cheeses. It is advisable to oxygen at least 30 minutes before consumption.
Serve at 14 º - 16 º C.
